Obsidian Advanced Mirror Coatings, available only from American Polylite, are made with multiple layers of Ion coatings in a high-heat vacuum chamber to create a depth of color and richness unparalleled in the industry. Our process is proprietary and unique to our Obsidian Mirror collection. Unlike many mirror coatings made using a ‘sputtering’ technique or simple metallic layers, our uniform stacks provide unmatched quality. Each of our 24 mirrors has our proprietary top layer for strength, durability, and easy cleaning.
